I have a pigeon thats taken to sitting on my balcony all day. Anyone got any suggestions on how to get rid of it? It's cooing and pooping is getting some-what annoying.

Easy, catch a rat and tie one of its legs to the balcony door.  Every time the pigeon tries to land on the balcony the rat will try to eat it.

Another idea I would use is an air gun.

Or better still, set up a trap, catch it and make a nice pigeon pie.

Thanks for the suggestions but, I don't have a rat or know how to catch one. I don't have an air gun or know how to shoot one and I don't have a trap or know how to make one.
