Well as this is being organised around Kitty's plans, the she should decide when is the best day to have the tour.  What day is best Kitty?  Some weekday evening or the Saturday?

well, I prefer weekdays and day tour as more places to go and as it is the middle of my vacation so can still go around after that but I think all the other members are working.. saturday will be fine for me though.. as long as we don't have to wear the reflective clothes! But I don't mind if thunderRod informs the police where we go ...   Tongue

Anyway what about your all? what is the best day ?

I am sure there must be some people around during the week during the day.  The only thing is if the guide is available then or if she is working.  Incidentally, she has already agreed to do the tour with us, but that was for the Saturday, so I shall see what her availability is during the week.
Who can take a day off work and be available during the week for this tour?

I would have preferred a weekend.  An evening could be good also, if we stop off afterwards at a nice beer garden and the weather is good.  Would be even better if there was some sort of outdoor entertainment, like one of the classical concerts they have at Leopold Str, or a movie projected onto an outdoor screen, like at Isartor or Gasteig a few times a year.
Maybe we could plan this carefully to get the best of everything.

Yes, but if we would like Kitty to join us we should wait with tour until late June. As she noted she will come 28.06-3.07 and it is not exactly at the weekend.

That is a shame.  I bet you are a bit disappointed.  But is it really a reason to cancel your holiday?  It could be that the media is making this out to be a lot worse than it is.  Apparently nobody outside Mexico has actually died of it or even become seriously ill.

I vote for a Munich Hitler tour.  This is where he started out, has his famous Beer-Hall Putsch, wrote his manisfesto and gave his first public speech.  A lot of people do the Dachau tour but it would be interesting in a grisly way to do a tour of Hitler's places of historical importance.
