I see after that expenses row in England there are calls for an overhaulof the political system.  It made me think of what exactly the system is like in the states.  I don't mean with regards to expenses but how their political system actually works.  I know they have things like:

• The Senate
• Congress
• Joint Chiefs
• The White House Administration

What is all of this?  How does Congress and the Senate work?

The senate is the thing that messed up the trade wars and caused Darth Vader to go to the other side.
Congress is the building where they aware 'The Congress Medal of Honor'.
The Joint Chiefs is a yearly gathering of native Americans to discuss issues relating to the Sioux, Apache tribes and others... they generally get all high at these events by smoking canabis, hence the name 'Joint'.
The Whitehouse Administration is the name given to the Administrators of the Whitehouse.

And at times of financial crisis in the country all the politicians who are 'working hard' for the government are receiving their salaries while ordinary workers should agree on part-time in order just to keep their jobs.

yeah, well politicians are a big pile of dog poo.  The USA system of politics is laughable and is second only to the UK for pathetic politicians and laughable traditions.  If you want a workable system of governance, then look no further than a dictatorship.  It has taken civilization this far.  Democracy only sprang into life after the Americans thought of it a few hundred years ago.  What came before it?
